Policy

Policy Section

Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of your treatment price must be paid to confirm your appointment.
  • No deposit = No appointment
  • Packages are non-refundable and should be used within 3 weeks of purchase.

Lateness

  • 15-minute grace period.
  • Over 15 minutes late: £20 late fee added.
  • No-show or no contact: Full service amount charged and future bookings may be denied.

Cancellation

  • Deposit is non-refundable.
  • Free rescheduling up to 48 hours before the appointment.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance incur a £20 fee.

Emergency Appointments

  • Sundays and same-day bookings (within 24 hours): Additional fee of £25.
